Configuration system failed to initialize.

This error occurs when a configuration file has become corrupted.

You can reset the configuration file with the Diagnostics Tool. In the XL Screen Streamer start menu folder, there is a Diagnostics Tool entry.  Right click on that entry and choose "Run as administrator".  Once it opens click on the Reset User Config File option.  

This will create a new configuration file and allow you to continue using the program.
